    We measure, look at what's behind the walls where we can, and talk through options.

  3. Written estimate

    You get a clear scope and price in writing before any work is scheduled.

  4. The build

    Demo, rough-in, install, and finish, with updates as the work moves along.

  5. Final walkthrough

    We go over everything together and fix anything that isn't right.
